Soproq has reciprocal agreements with SCPP in France and SIMIM in Belgium, ensuring the representation of your repertoire in these territories. Soproq is also a member at SoundExchange and thus collects directly royalties in the United States. Furthermore, Soproq benefits through Re:sound from several reciprocal agreements in various territories.

Sound recordings and makers eligibility

Canada being a party to the Rome Convention and the WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty (WPPT), sound recordings eligible to equitable remuneration in Canada are, on a reciprocal basis, also eligible for such remuneration in all other signatory countries of these acts. This to the extent that a tariff applies for an equivalent use.
