This license authorizes the use of sound recordings and music videos aboard commercial aircraft, boarding lounges and airport facilities operating within Canada.

Rate

• The greater of 5,15$ per sound recording per month and 12$ per music video per month, or 15% of gross revenues generated by the authorized service.
  

General terms

• Valid for 12 months, renewable automatically
• The license covers only sound recordings represented by Soproq
• Licensee is responsible for obtaining the musical content
• Licensee is responsible for paying all other applicable tariffs (public performance, musical works, etc.)
• Synchronization is not permitted
• Licensee is responsible for providing all required reporting: financial report for fee calculation and songs report in EXCEL format
